FEMALE KG/ EY TEACHERS NEEDED IN THE UAE FOR AUGUST 2018
A multi-campus US curriculum private school located in the superlative mountainous and coastal setting of the northern Emirates of the UAE is seeking a selection of EARLY YEARS homeroom teachers for the next academic year. An increasingly popular choice of school for local parents, candidates must be aware that most of the children are Emirati who speak English as a second language. With a focus on preparing students to engage fully as global citizens in the 21st century the school has adopted the Common Core Standards as the basis of the curriculum.
All qualified teachers are welcome to apply, newly qualified and experienced. Applicants must have a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. Secondary teachers must have a matching first degree to the subject that they will be teaching.
The tax free salary of 8,000 to 12,000 AED per month and is complemented by free furnished single/ shared-occupancy (own bedroom) accommodation, utility allowance, free annual flights and an end of service gratuity. This is a good option for single teachers or married teaching couples without children.

- Fujairah is positioned on the east coast of the UAE peninsula a great location for fishing and diving. Fujairah is a quieter city but it still has a range of developing attractions for western expatriates; they boast a huge mall, Fujairah City Centre http://fujairahcitycentre.com/ , and the usual cinemas and hotels (and since 2000 a few bars) where drinking alcohol is allowed (all the hotels have bars within them). Hotels are a good place to enjoy the various sporting activities and beaches. Fujairah is just over an hour from Dubai by car (and there are buses as well) and it’s close to the border of Oman. Unlike Dubai and Abu Dhabi which are mostly flat, Fujairah is mountainous and although still hot (with temperatures of about 20 degrees in winter and up to about 40 in summer) it does have a higher annual rainfall. Watersports (such as windsurfing, waterskiing, diving etc) are popular and apparently the city of Diba (about 30km away from Fujairah City) is the place to go for good sunny beaches, fishing etc). Being so close to Dubai many go there for weekend excursions or they head off to Wadis to hike and camp. Dibba is one hour north of Fujairah and although quieter does boast a number of hotel beach resorts and is closer to the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
