Established British Curriculum School in Abu Dhabi Seeking Female Early Years Teachers for August 2018
Early Years Teachers with a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood or Primary Education and two years of relevant experience or with a first degree in English / Maths / Humanities, a PGCE in early years and four years of experience are welcome to apply; applicants must be female due to the student profile; these are recruitment criteria set by the local Ministry of Education. The school strongly prefers British experience.
Partially co-educational the student population is predominantly local female; so although the curriculum is British and the teaching staff are mostly British, this is not a British expatriate school. Although academically motivated and well disciplined, applicants need to be aware that English is not the first language and cultural sensitivity is a must. The school enjoys an excellent reputation in the local community and existing teachers enjoy a warm, engaging, rewarding teaching environment supported by strong and experienced leadership.
