Job - Music Instrument Instructor / Teacher for Piano
Qualification - BA / Music with Instrument specialization and/or ABRSM practical and Theory Certification
Responsibility - Music Instrument practical and theory tutoring
Detailed Responsibilities
Private 1 to 1 Music Instrument practical tutoring in accordance to ABRSM certificate standards
Private and Group Music Theory teaching in accordance to ABRSM certificate standards
Musical group activities such as Ensembles, Duets, Bands etc..
Monthly reports on students progress and preparation for certifications
Assessments for new students
Mockup tests for students before exams
Special group Programs with private schools
Preparing students for performances in concerts and events
Meetings with parents to plan for students activities and report their progress
Manage all files, plans, forms and any other paper work for the above
Orientation for new teachers / Instructors
Students Levels ABRSM Primary - Prep Level, ABRSM Grades 1 to 8 and ABRSM Diploma Level
Students ages Starting 4 to 5 years old up to 18 years old and Adults
Class Durations 30 Minutes, 45 Minutes and 60 Minutes Depending on age, program and Level
Working Days and Hours
Fridays: Day Off Holidays
Saturdays: from 10 am till 8pm
Sundays: from 12 till 8pm
Mondays: from 9am till 12 noon and 3pm to 8pm
Tuesdays: from 9am till 12 noon and 3pm to 8pm
Wednesdays: from 9am till 12 noon and 3pm to 8pm
Thursdays: 3pm to 8pm
Max working hours 47 Hours / week
Number of Leave days Paid Annual Leaves: 14 / Unpaid Annual Leaves: 16
