A well established international school in Malaysia, close to Kuala Lumpur, is seeking an experienced “Topic” (Social Science) Lead Teacher with knowledge in Key Stage 1 Social Sciences and at least 4+ years relevant teaching experience, and experience in team teaching. This position is to start in August 2018.

The school follows an adapted version of the National curriculum of England and Wales to an international mix of students in an expansive and beautifully landscaped campus that boasts plentiful facilities. The school is traditional in its approach and sees the importance of establishing a healthy balance between the two; the school puts a significant emphasis on discipline, respect, honesty and loyalty.

Lead teachers should have at least 5 years of post qualification teaching experience. UK experience is preferred but the quality of the teacher is more important. The school offers a salary with housing allowance plus flights and medical insurance.
