A well established independent international co-educational school located in Eastern China is looking for a Year 1 and Year 2 qualified and experienced Primary Key Stage 1 Teacher to join them in August 2018. .
The school offers an internationally adapted UK primary curriculum and they are looking for candidates who have a minimum 2 years experience teaching Key Stage 1. They should have a belief in the Growth Mindset approach, and ideally be UK trained and/or experienced practitioners with experience of teaching children who speak English as an additional language in a mainstream classroom, ideally in a country where English is not the main language. They should also have a proven track record of promoting accelerated progress amongst children, especially in reading and writing. With an emphasis on a high standard of UK based education embracing the development of qualities to nurture well rounded young global citizens, the school demands personal and professional attributes that reflect sound and up to date teaching methods alongside an ability to deliver effectively in a multicultural and multi-national landscape.
