A well established international school in Malaysia, close to Kuala Lumpur, is seeking an experienced Secondary History Lead Teacher (YEars 8-11) to join them in August 2018.
The school offers an adapted version of the National curriculum of England and Wales to an international mix of students in an expansive and beautifully landscaped campus that boasts plentiful facilities. The school is traditional in its approach and sees the importance of establishing a healthy balance between the two; the school puts a significant emphasis on discipline, respect, honesty and loyalty.
Lead teachers should have at least 5 years of post qualification teaching experience. UK experience is preferred but the quality of the teacher is more important. Teachers must also be over 27. The school offers a salary with housing allowance plus flights and medicatl insurance. It would suit single teachers or married teaching couples without dependents as tuition is not provided for staff children.
