A Secondary Maths (and Additional Maths) Teacher is sought from August 2018 for this relatively new school near Kuala Lumpur. Part of a group of schools, the successful candidate will receive support and benefit from being part of a group which has schools in Malaysia and in many other countries around the world. There is a balance of local and expat teaching staff. The students are from a mix of local and expatriate families.
The successful candidate will:
• Be suitably qualified with at least an Honours degree and PGCE, or a Bachelor of Education degree. .
• Have at least 2 years of post qualification teaching experience as well as experience of the IGCSE secondary curriculum
• Be familiar with enquiry-based or thematic teaching approaches.
• Be willing to participate in the school’s extra-curricular programme.
• Have experience in using ICT-rich teaching environments.
