This well-respected group of schools are now welcoming applications for a Western Co-Principal for their Guangzhou campus starting in August 2018. The successful candidate will partner with the Chinese Co-Principal as the designated Heads of School, having overall academic leadership responsibility of the school. He/she will also collaborate with the School Business Manager to oversee the school’s non-teaching operations to ensure the provision of high quality education for all students, in accordance with the group's Vision, Mission, Principles and Practices.

Applicant Requirements:
Holder of Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in School Administration, with a license to practice as Principal or with significant experience and seniority in international education to take up the role.
With over 10 years of teaching experiences, and at least 5 years as a school administrator
Experience teaching students from age 3-18 years
Experience working in a school with a boarding community
UK curriculum, IGCSE, IB, overseas and international exposure
Continuity of leadership for at least five years - a stable and long service record in previous schools and a leader will remain with this school for some years
Supportive of the group's Vision, Mission, Principles and Practices.
Exhibits strong leadership and interpersonal skills as well as intercultural understanding and other global competencies.
